for fans of all ages!

New Jersey Motorsports Park is getting set to host its second annual 12-hour endurance
race this Saturday, April 30, as the "Devil in the Dark" returns to the 2.25-mile
Thunderbolt Raceway. The Devil in the Dark, featuring nearly 20 different classes
of sports cars from the South Jersey Region SCCA, is scheduled from noon to midnight
on Saturday. Last year, the winning team completed 415 laps, and over 930 miles,
as 25 cars completed all 12 hours of intense road racing.

For spectators, the Devil in the Dark is more than just a race. Live music from
local favorites "Cheezy and the Crackers" and "Fame and Fortune" will rock the concert
stage into the night, as fans can take part in a number of activities including
ladder ball and cornhole, beer pong and XBOX tournaments, a hot dog eating challenge,
and a drink making contest, among other planned events.

After dark, fans can also take a trip on the Jersey Devil hayride and hear the tale
of the mysterious creature, just before the checkered flag flies at the stroke of
midnight.
