Corey Andersen of Mullica Hill NJ entered the world of bright lights and cameras as he and his friends got a taste of what it takes to put together a sponsorship video!

Champion Spark Plugs recently announced their "Alwaysachampion" sponsorship video contest. When R.A.M. motorsports learned of the opportunity they quickly got to work. Gathering family and friends they headed to Bridgeport Speedway for the last race of the season. Cameras, lights and audio equipment were the tools of the day as Corey's team of volunteers hoped to capture the needed footage to gain Champions attention. After a successful day at the track with the action footage in the can as they say in the biz, Corey's team spent countless hours back at their race shop filming additional footage to compliment the on track action. With Champion offering a $ 50,000.00 dollar sponsorship to the winner Corey and his team knew their video had to be a cut above the rest. After countless hours of filming and editing the team submitted their entry just 20 minutes before Champions imposed deadline of December 31st 11:59 PM. Panic quickly struck the team as Champion refused their entry due to technical infraction based on the contest rules, a quick fix and the team resubmitted their video with only a few minutes to spare! Corey's team believes they produced a quality video worthy of the grand prize. They have rallied family, friends, fans and the racing community at large to get behind their efforts and go to www.alwaysachampion.com and vote for Corey's video once a day from Jan. 2nd thru Feb. 5th. Registration  is easy on the site and all voters become eligible to receive free Champion Spark Plug swag.

The teams rallying cry is "Lets win one for the little guy's in racing!"

Corey Andersen is 20 years old, a 4 time QMA national  champion, 2 time JSCA national champion, 2 time Silver City national champion, along with being crowned Bridgeport Speedway's 2008 rookie crate modified champion. Corey has 243 total wins as a driver and presently races both big and small block dirt modifieds at various tracks in the north east.
