ARRA Continues to Add Historical Data to their Library

Assists Reading Historical Society with Information

Ringoes,NJ – Auto Racing Research Associates continues work on their every growing library of statistical facts and data regarding our racing here in the Northeast and elsewhere.  Quite a bit has been added since our last update.  Many new drivers have been added, including Kevin Collins, Bobby Varin, Dave Kniesel, Meme DeSantis, Gerald Chamberlain, “Flyin” Pat O’Brien and Bob McCreadie.  Ken Brenn Jr. has had some additions to his file.  New tracks joining the ARRA researched track line up include Brockville and Cornwall, while the Five Mile Point, Orange County and Wilmington, DE tracks have been updated with new information.  Of special note….the Reading Fairgrounds Racing Historical Society recently benefitted by the tireless efforts of ARRA historian Bill Hanna.  Hanna updated and added to a very extensive collection of stats on the fabled Berks County, PA oval!  That information is now available on our website.   New series include the old USNA modified series and the E.S.S. Sprints have had their files updated.  We have also been the recipients of data surrounding some old and defunct NY area series that are no longer with us, but we have the stats!

We want to remind racing fans that all of our files are fully downloadable for fans collections if so desired.  We also want to reiterate that we are always open to suggestions about possibly tracking down any wins that may have escaped us.  We welcome anyone with information to get in contact with one of us so that we can hunt down any information.  We thank you in advance.

And we would like to remind any auto racing journalists that we always remain open to help you if there are times when you need a particular issue looked up for verification…this is one of the services that we provide the racing public and press.
