            Despite cold temperatures and gusty winds, the 12th annual Miller Racing Parts Nationals were spun off Saturday evening at Susquehanna Speedway.


            Mike Potts continued his winning ways by scoring the win in the 30-lap Street Stock feature making his fourth win of the season on the heels of his 2016 track championship at the track.


            Potts started seventh and tracked down leader Paul Morgan on the 13th lap and drove away to score the win over Morgan, Joey Hoffer, Greg Diehl and Jim Palm as Eddie Richards, Chris Derr, Eric Tripp, Craig Morgan and Scott Thunderg completed the top ten finishers.


            Palm, Kevin Sigler and Potts won heats for the 23 car field.


            Ricky Weaver became the eighth different winner this season in Road Warrior action as he raced to his first victory of the season.


            Weaver started third, took the lead from Justin Wagaman on the 12th lap and went onto score the win in the 20-lap event. 


            Matt Chronister came from 14th to finish second ahead of Lee Redman, Tyler Knaub and Travis Brown. 


            Heasts for the 21 Road Warriors went to Wagaman and Redman.


            Alex Updegraff returned to victory lane in the 30-lap Xtreme Stock car feature.


            Updegraff, the 2016 track champion took the lead on lap 18 and drove to his third win of the year. He started seventh on the grid as his win came over ninth starting Donnie Broderick, Ronnie Buck, early leader Kirby Sites and Matt Wampler, who returned from the rear of the field after spinning on lap three.


            Sites and Buck were heat race winners for the 18-car field.


            Travis Scott was awarded the win in the 20-lap 600 Micro Sprint feature after apparent winner Austin Bishop refused post race inspection and was disqualified.


            Scott was given the win over Tyler Walton, Bradley Weber, Hannah Riser and Clayton Shaw. 


            Weber was the heat winner for the 11 micro sprints.


            The 10-lap Mini Van feature took the green flag with the three car field starting three-wide. 


            Dennis Dorosz led lap one before yielding to race winner Daryl Sipe on the second lap as Sipe took the win over Dorosz and Thomas Thompson.


            Susquehanna Speedway returns to action on Saturday, October 29 with the Candy Bowl Nationals  featuring Xtreme Stocks, Street Stocks, Road Warriors, MiniVans, Central PA Legends, and Stock 600 Micro Sprints.  Pits open at 2PM, Grandstands at 3PM with Racing at 5PM.


            There will also be a Test and Tune on Wednesday, October 26th.
