With the checkered flag soon falling on the 2016 dirt track season in Central Pennsylvania, fans can begin the countdown to the 2017 season that is officially kicked off each year by the annual Racing Xtravaganza show.

After a successful first year under new ownership by Scott Gobrecht and the new show name, Racing Xtravaganza will once again host race fans on Saturday and Sunday, February 4 and 5, 2017 at the UTZ Arena on the York Fairgrounds.

And for the second straight year, BAPS Coatings and Supplies will be the title sponsor for the big show weekend.

“The folks at BAPS are awesome supporters of not only Racing Xtravaganza, but racing in general,” stated show owner Scott Gobrecht. “We’re looking to build on the success we had in 2016 and BAPS gives us a solid base for the racing show and we hope to be able to continue that for years to come.”

With corporate offices located at 1805 Loucks Rd, Suite 800, York, PA, BAPS features six locations to service its customer base in three states. BAPS has locations in Pennsylvania-its main store located at 2770 Lewisberry Rd, York as well as Chambersburg and Lemoyne, in Frederick, MD and two locations in Massachusetts-Springfield and Worcester.  BAPS, a family-owned business whose modest beginnings were in 1979 from a small roadside store in York, PA, is currently owned by a third generation owned distributor of collision and repair products to auto, industrial and commercial industries. BAPS now provides superior products and outstanding customer service through six company-owned stores in three states. With certified technicians, personalized training and outstanding customer service, BAPS’ commitment to providing quality services and products to the repair industry is second to none.
