PRACTICE SESSIONS AT BRIDGEPORT SPEEDWAY ARE SUCCESSFUL FOR MIKE BARONE

Sicklerville, NJ (March 23, 2014) – On Saturday, March 22 at Bridgeport Speedway, Mike Barone steered his Big Block Modified on the spacious dirt oval through several practice sessions. Overall, Barone was pleased with the outcome of his test runs. “The car was really good. I have no complaints at all about it. It was very responsive,” said the Hillsborough, NJ resident. After having his Big Block Modified engine rebuilt in the off-season, Barone feels his power plant will be potent enough for a run at the 2014 title at Bridgeport Speedway. “The motor feels really stout,” commented Barone.

In addition to running his car in normal trim, Barone added sail panels to his Big Block Modified for a test run. “As Bridgeport Speedway is planning to have a sail panel race in June, I just wanted to test my car out with the sail panels on,” stated the driver of the 267 car. After a successful practice, Barone is starting to think about the Race of Champions 60 Over Special at Bridgeport Speedway on Saturday, March 29. “Tire choice and strategy will be important to the outcome of the race,” declared Barone about the season opening event which will be sixty laps in distance.

With the 2014 season about to begin, Mike Barone Racing is looking for marketing partnerships and has several packages available designed to fit any budget.
